There's a double standard working with Sofia Coppola. On the one hand, you say "Wow, Sofia, that's a really good movie." The Virgin Suicides actually was pretty good. And on the other hand, in the case of extras in Japan blatantly dissing the movie and crew in the actual Bill Murray/Sofia Coppola movie, you say "Well, Sofia, why wouldn't you have taken care of this so as not to get slagged onscreen in such an offhand manner?"

As Husker Du said, "It makes no sense at all." Ms Coppola and Company, how do you suppose you are representing New York? It doesn't take much to be illiterate in Japanese. Anyone can do it.
